Glazing - are you in the dinosaur club?

• So at the moment I'm glazing, which means I'm finding all sorts of things to do - clean the house, go out to lunch etc. On the way home from lunch I stopped by a supply shop I don't normally go to, and asked for calcium chloride. "no, we don't sell raw ingredients any more. Do you mean to say you still mix your own glaze?" Well, yes, I said. And I do cone 10 reduction firing, and wood firing as well as raku. He looked really surprised, so I said maybe I'm a bit of a dinosaur - and he didn't disagree.
• So here's a question for ceramicists: Do you still make your own glazes from raw ingredients?
